Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and, where relevant, your booking or purchase of services from Clarity By Parneet, operating as The Clarity Code™ (“we”, “us” or “our”). Service-specific information shown at booking or in a signed agreement also applies. If those terms conflict with this page, the service-specific terms control for that service.

1. Coaching is not clinical care

Coaching is a collaborative, educational process intended to support reflection, goals, communication and personal growth. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice or emergency support. No particular result is promised. You remain responsible for your choices, actions and wellbeing.

If you are in crisis, at risk of harm or need clinical support, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on this website, email or a coaching appointment for urgent assistance.

2. Eligibility and appropriate support

You must be legally able to enter an agreement where you live. Services for a minor require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian and may not be available in every circumstance. We may recommend another professional or decline a service when coaching does not appear appropriate.

3. Bookings, fees and payment

Appointment availability, programme scope, fees, taxes, payment timing and any package terms are displayed during booking or confirmed in writing. A booking is not final until any required confirmation and payment are completed. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider under that provider’s terms.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

The cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and refund terms shown at booking or in your service agreement apply. If no specific rule is shown, contact us as early as possible. We may need to reschedule for illness, safety, technology failure or circumstances outside reasonable control and will offer a reasonable alternative.

5. Participation and respectful conduct

You agree to provide accurate booking information, participate respectfully and avoid recording, sharing or misusing another participant’s personal information. We may end access to a session or programme for harassment, unsafe behaviour, unlawful conduct, repeated disruption or material breach of these terms.

6. Confidentiality

We treat coaching communications with care and explain relevant confidentiality practices in the service agreement. Confidentiality may be limited by law, safety concerns, safeguarding responsibilities, payment administration, technology providers or information you choose to share in a group setting. Group participants are expected to respect privacy, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.

7. Website and educational content

Website content and resources are general information, not a substitute for personalised professional advice. We aim to keep information useful and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Your use of any exercise, prompt or resource is voluntary and at your own judgment.

8. Intellectual property

The Clarity Code™, its framework, original course materials, text, graphics, recordings and downloadable resources are owned by us or used with permission. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you receive a limited personal, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for your own learning. You may not copy, teach, sell, publish, distribute, record or create derivative commercial materials from them.

9. Testimonials and third-party links

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will have the same outcome. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Availability and responsibility

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features or offerings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services or decisions made from general content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and governing terms

We may update these website terms from time to time. The law and dispute provisions in a signed service agreement apply to that service. Where no separate agreement exists, applicable law determines the governing rules and available rights.
